Please read this policy carefully. This is the Cancellation and Refund Policy of REXO IT.
Payments for technology services, app development, web development, digital marketing, ad campaign, graphics designing, content creating, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing or any of our Internet Marketing services are non-refundable even if a fee was paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, there are no exceptions to our refund or Cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy
REXO IT follows a transparent and no-fuss cancellation policy. Here are the terms of the policy:
All cancellation requests should be sent to our billing department or communicated to your Account Manager. The cancellation will not be valid until the respective department confirms it.
Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and execution of the project has not started already.
REXO IT will not be held responsible for any third-party services, such as domain, hosting, Ads network, app store, etc.
Refund policy
Due to the nature of its services, REXO IT does not guarantee any refunds upon cancellation. In the case of the monthly payment, it is understood that payment for the next month is released only after reviewing the current month’s performance. REXO IT does not make any guarantees on the basis of traffic/rankings etc. and will not be held responsible for any refund claims thereof.
